We saw a guy in Mission, TX with a sign that read, "Why lie...I need beer", He was getting more money than any of the other panhandlers. We also saw able-bodied people in wheelchairs that loaded them in their late model cars and walked perfectly after their panhandling shift was over. I would never give to a panhandler, but would buy a meal for anyone I thought was truly down on their luck.
My husband & I have noticed as we drive around the country that most panhandlers are smokers and they have dogs with them. Obviously, they can afford cigarettes and food for their dog. No sympathy from us!

RE: Locking elect. box.
This is why we installed one that is located inside our 5th wheel. Hard-wired it in, no need to worry about theft and the readings are easily visible. We wouldn't be without it...it's saved our system more than once with antiquated RV park electrical systems.
