The rear springs {the single leaf overload ones} squeak when they contact the stops. I have greased them but that only works for a short time. The F450 gives a comfortable ride but camper weight does make the contact between overloads and the stops. Only solution I have found is the same as on my old F350 and that is AirLifts. But I didn't add AirLift for the squeek I did it to improve what felt like mushy steering and to improve the height of my trailer hitch on the end of a 3' extention bar.
