If you buy it, you might try using Odoban on everything that's washable. I buy it at Sam's and it's a concentrated so you can dilute it as needed. I even put a small amount in my carpet cleaner. It was the only thing that I found that would actually take the sour milk smell out of the back of the suburban a couple of years back. I had a gallon of milk roll under the back seat in July and didn't realize it until it had spoiled and the jug leaked all under the seat. It was the most awful thing I have ever smelled in my entire life. Odoban actually took the smell out completely. Since then I deoderize everything that can be washed down with it including my DH diesel soiled, greasy work clothes. It doesn't take out the stains but they sure smell good. It's worth a try anyway.

We had an old Tom (died about 10 years ago ) that marked his spot, .(Spare bed room) we cleaned the carpet this last year and re activated the smell. I removed the carpet and scrubbed the underlayment with everything we could think of. and closed up the room with the windows open for weeks, when we opened it up, smell was still there. I sealed the underlayment, and walls, with kills and two week later I used varathane on the underlayment. and two weeks later we removed the underlayment, closed the room up for a week and still had a faint smell. We put new underlayment and carpet down. We don't talk about cats.
Do you want my advice on the motor home????
You couldn't give it to me.
We started out with nothing, and we still have most of it left

Yes, it is possible. We purchased a repo that stunk, but we weren't convinced that it was all pet odor, and the walls were not yellow with smoke. It was just a nasty combination of something. We knew what we were getting into, and the carpet was wasted anyway, and we didn't like any of the fabrics. The only fabric we didn't replace was the ceiling material. I took a carpet cleaner to that and it cleaned up nicely. If it was smoked in, I don't think it would have cleaned as well. I washed all the surfaces with a variety of nice-smelling cleaners depending on the surface. No smell now other than the occasional cooking and methane, etc.

Hi,
So you replaced everything? Like new coach, chairs, mattress? Sounds expensive. We looked at couch yesterday at RV dealer and it was $1400 just for that. Wonder if your smell was cat???? Guess that is the worst!

You can contact a company called Medallion Healthy Homes. Look them up on the internet and they can get rid of all your odors without removing anything or using harmful chemincals. They treat it with Ozone but don't be confused with these little Ozone generators. This is a very good system and takes a licensed professional to do it . It should cost you less than $500.00 to get it done Tom
