I question the charging of the battery. On my original Magnetec Converter/Charger, the charging circuit for the battery was only 6 amps, but the converter was a 45 amp converter. I switched to a PD9160 and all my dead battery issues went away. At the time I had three 12 volt batteries and they wouldn't last over night with moderate useage. When I replaced the converter I also upgraded to 4 6V golf cart batteries. The old charger/converter would take three days of being plugged in to properly charge the bank....The new setup will properly recharge the bank in 6-7 hours....For your info.....I ran my fridge on LP for 3 weeks, on the battery bank, while in storage. At the end of that time period, my bank still showed 12.1 volts.....Pat
