If you are thinking about Coach net, let me help you decide.

We just cut our northern trip short due to the four letter word (SNOW). On the first leg, I was 200 miles from home when I blew a tire on the tag. Called Coach net and they were very helpful (several calls from them to keep me updated) and had a repair man come to change the tire, Sunday afternoon about 4pm. Got up and going and traveled another 100 miles and here we go again. Blew the outside dually, this time no spare. Called again and the lady questioned if I was on the same service call. NOPE, just not my day.

This time it was 8 PM and here comes another service man with a new tire. I can only imagine the dollars involved. He changed the tires and took my credit card number. I was really surprised that the tire (Good Year) was only $140 and coach net paid the service call.

I think in that day I paid for many years of Coach Net service.

THANKS COACH NET !

Some days are like that. Glad most are not. You did good. $140 for a tire when you needed one is good.

Yes, I will echo the experience with them. Coach-Net came with our new Seneca three years ago and the service had not been used until this week. We took our passenger van conversion to Las Vegas to serve as a limo for family and friends while all stayed at the same place on the Strip. (Even a nice place on the Strip doesn’t come close to being in our rig.) On the way back to SoCal on I-15 we were 25 miles south of Stateline in the high desert 65 miles from Las Vegas when a wheel bearing went bad. We limped in to a rest area at sundown. Coach-Net had a tow service call within 10 minutes to confirm our location and vehicle type. The first thought of Coach-Net is to get our truck to a safe storage area for the night and then arrange for delivery to a repair service the next day. When I explained that we needed a place to stay and access to car rental we were cleared for a flatbed tow 25 miles back to a hotel at Primm. At 7:30 the next morning they gave me the numbers for two highly rated repair facilities back in Las Vegas and instructions to call them back to arrange for the tow to Las Vegas. One could get me in as soon as we got there and another flatbed truck picked me up and unloaded by 9:30. We were rescued from the middle of nowhere in the cold and dark, towed twice for a total of 70 miles and all was included. Just one person’s experience.

I agree with you on the merits of Coach-Net!
We have had others prior to Coach-Net, and we dissatisfied with them. Then we heard about Coach-Net several years ago, and they have been just excellent in their service. I cannot give enough praise to the professionalism, the high level of quality service, and for the fast response provided by Coach-Net.
Coach-Net is great and we also highly recommend them.

Last summer while returning from Florida, at the US/Canada border crossing between Detroit MI & Windsor ON,I noticed that an outside dual was almost flat. A call to Coach Net resulted in a 1 hr wait, only to be told that they could NOT provide roadside service in Windsor Ontario. (Not the boonies) Fortunately I was able to keep the tire inflated using my portable compressor, so I was left to my own devices to make my way home. Needless to say, I didn't renew my Coach Net subscription.

We consider road service to be much like health coverage, you want the best but hope that it doesn't save you money as you must have problems for that to happen! We have been with Coach Net now for about five years and to date have not used them. But we have been very close to some who have and have seen their services up close.

Last spring at the Escapee Escapade in Missouri, it rained excessively and things got very muddy. The folks who wanted to leave a few days early were mostly stuck in the grass campground. There were tow trucks sent by the other two major road service companies as customers would call, but Coach Net actually dispatched two large trucks to the campground so that their customers did not have to wait for them to arrive.

The customers just called the service office and were given a number which they then took to the nearest tow truck and he put them on the list next. In general, the Coach Net customers in general had only to wait for their turn, then sign the papers and leave. The other services had to go through the same routine as if they were out on the road with no other customers around.
