I have trouble shot the system, cleaned and checked all the connections and when the starter is provided 12V power to the small pin on the starter solenoid the engine will crank, but won't start. My multimeter tells me that I have no power at the wire when the start button is pushed, and of course the fuel is not being turn on so the engine can run.

I hear a clicking sound when the starter button is pushed coming from the right side of the unit but can't see what is making the sound. I believe there is a component that when the start button is pushed turns on the fuel, and provides 12V to the starter.

any one know where that component is located and what it is called?

my local Onan service center is miles away.

I got it started, big suggestion to me, read the operators manual, it has a warm up time, that must time out before the unit will crank.; we never held the button that long.
