I guess as far as reviews go that's a start. I would give mine of the IT prowess demonstrated here but I want to hang around a little longer. I have already been banned from 1 camping site, not trying to repeat.

I thought I messed up my preferences or something, thanks for letting me know I am not the only one having trouble with the new format. At least we have the comfort of knowing that spell check is still broken

I'm going to assume that they didn't 'test drive' the new format on a testing server but just dropped it onto the working servers and that now that they've seen how horrible it looks and how much it interferes with the functionality of the site, they'll take it off until they can figure out how to have work right. The site is really too much work to use the way it is.

Don't know either what all of fuss is about either, other than I've noticed a lot of dead space on different pages.

I'm a software tester. I'm use to developers throwing code at me without first dev test first. But at least I catch 90 percent of the problems before it goes into production and Unit Testing (business owners) catch the other 10 percent. Don't know how this site is developed, but appears they are attempting to squeeze in more advertising, which is what supports this site.

For what it's worth, a developer that test's his own code is a blind-sighted tester! Working with developers for years and years now, it's amazing how the old school developers still think their code is flawless, until users start using it and then the complaints roll in. There's IS real value in establishing an independent testing team. I have no clue if RV.net does this or not.

I expect to see adds but these are just done badly and the pages are full of bloated code. One thing interesting, look at the page code and you will see your IP address at the bottom of the page. (right click, view source)
