Last we were there was the closing of the season in November. IIRC they are opening the season a bit early in March due to the demand.

My youngest just got a birthday card from there. Sure it is probably a corporate thing but he liked it. Of course it got him asking when we could go next.

For us its a weekend at the end of July, Labor Day weekend and this coming year with the new HHT we are going to also do Halloween. Can't wait!

It is bit of a drive for us to do a weekend!
It would be sweet to live closer. It is a wonderful park.

That is a great CG, we stayed there a couple times. Dave is a great guy. Had a nice talk with him and he gave me a tour of his shop where he also has his drums set up. I too play the drums and enjoyed talking with him about his kit. He has a band that plays at the CG and they are pretty good. The CG is clean and very well kept and the stream that runs through the CG really sets it apart.
