I'm going to second this opinion. In my experience, aside from backpacking trips, 1 or 2 days at Sequoia/Kings is plenty. Recommend minimum 3 at Yosemite (try to get a dry Yosemite Valley camp site). YMMV

You have taken a right decision of spending your time in Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park because they are the most beautiful parks I have ever seen.
