X2, if you get a Q, get the rolling stand too. I bought the stand when I bought my Q about 7 years ago and both are still in great shape. The stand is a very worthwhile option.

Hate to hi-jack this but I have a question on the Webber Q.
When I go camping I typically end up cooking steaks for the family, which turns into 1-2 Flank steaks + others. How does this do for cooking steaks? Is it even heat across, and is it only good for one at a time?
I'm wanting to find a grill this summer that I can cook 2-3 steaks at a time evenly without spending 2 hours cooking for 10 people. Keep seeing good reviews on this guy for 1-2 people, but figured I would ask.

The full size Q like we have will do the job of grilling steaks nicely. We do it all the time. With proper propane pressure, it can get plenty hot enough to sear steaks too. Great grill, and well made to.
We have an older Q (7 years old) and at the time they did not come with a temp gauge in the lid. I might add one someday.
