This is also true in the Serenity/Libero. There are no seat belts in the dinette... likely because one sits with one's back to the sidewalls, not facing forward or backward.

To be honest, I have always felt that those dinette seatbelts were a very dangerous option - what with the low seat backs. If I had kids, I wouldn't let them sit there while on the road. JMHO
