I was just thinking about looking into a GPS a couple weeks ago.
Sounds like the Garmin GPSMAP 60CSx is the way to go.
The reviews on Amazon give it a 4.4 out 5 stars, so not too bad at all.
They have them on Amazon for $360, is this about the going rate or does anyone know of a better deal out there ?

I like the Garmin Rino series as we use the GMRS radio's built in and others in our group also have them so we can talk to each other.
