Re. cost of options on NADA - If you click on the + next to "View manufacturer note", you'll see that many of the major options are already included in the suggested price.(-) View manufacturer note:
MOTORHOMES - In addition to what is standard, 2003 and newer models include generator, roof air, awning and TV-VCP.

Yeah,that may be true of most of the manufacturers,but the Mfg. Sticker that was mailed to me from a member showing the Free Spirit in 2005 listed the A/C,Generator,leatherette seats & electric bed,and a few other things as options on that particular unit in 2005.The new list showed around $12,000 in options. Using that as a guide,I put the NADA Average retail for the Free Spirit at between $35,000 and $40,000 for a unit in good condition.They are still asking more than that for most of them,though.
