For the short term if your refrigerator is on the awning side just pop off the access cover and plug in to the outlet provided for the refrigerator. Later on you could have someone tap off that circuit and put a waterproof outlet right next to that bay for the exterior outlet.
I ride it like I stole it!

If your worried about drilling holes they do make a flat cable that you can run out a screened window, you can still open and close your window as you would any other time, and makes a quick easy connection, camping world has them....

You are correct.. the camper already has a digital TV antenna with power boost. I get several stations in the driveway at home.

Our Heartland Focus was cable ready but did not have anyplace outside of the trailer to attach the cable, I was told after the fact that is was an option. My cable hookup was in the rear of the trailer under one of the bunks so I drilled a hole on the piece of wooden support on the bunk to get the cable to the power cord and then I fished the cable from the outside through the hole the power cord goes out and attached the cable to the power cord with zip ties. Since the cable hookup is usually near the electrical box it works perfect and there are no holes on the outside of the trailer.

Just find a place on the wall near your entertainment center and mount one at that point. Usually ALL trailers have one very easy place to gain entry for an additional coax port and that's the dog shower.
Good luck / Skip
Agreed.
While mine came with a coax input for cable, it was no good for satellite TV, so I installed another jack in the side of the RV.

Drilled the hole in the side of the RV behind the radio and installed the other interior jack in the bottom of the cabinet just below the radio.

Caulked around the fixture on the outside so no moisture gets in.
Got the cable outlet at Camping World for $12 or so.

My Wildwood didn't come with that cable option either. Its just the way the dealer orders them. It does have the outside AC outlet, above the axles. For my Satellite TV, I use the little flat cable you can pass through the window and screen. Mind you I've only done that once or twice. Most of the time I don't bother as I have other things to do. In the evening, I more often than not put in a dvd instead of messing with the dish. Summer time TV is all re-runs anyways, I camp to get away from that.
the cable I bought off ebay. Got 6 of them for like $10 shipped a couple years ago.

cpeters wrote: I have seen that video.. you are right.. it was a $43 option. Funny, my 22RB has several options.. 2 door fridge/freezer, Shower surround, Tankless HWH, etc.. but not the cable TV. No big deal.. I can improvise.
Any opinion on drilling a hole through the floor?
Go in a window, or go thru a storage bay.
I went thru the front cargo hold for my satellite hook up.
My TV location is near enough to my front bed that I went under the bed
and into a drawer under the TV. I mounted permanent wiring so all I need is a 20' to 50' piece of RG-6 that I can use either for Cable
or for Satellite.
Trailer manufactures cut corners on things like cable hook ups.

I think I have decided (for now).. to go through a window.. using the flat coax.. Not gonna start drilling.. just to watch TV.
