You have a new computer so what I suggested is not the problem.

Have you tried going through a different portal (Woodall's instead of RV.Net)?

Check your settings. They may be to high to allow the program to work. You could also unplug your modem a few minutes and plug it back in to reset it. If left on all the time they can get corrupted. Check all connections to computers, phone or cable jacks, etc. Any poor connection could cause data loss and the problem you see.

Thanks to all for the suggestions. I started having some other problems with my laptop, had to restore it to original condition & now the delete function is working.
