Same story from us as dodgboy. Got a 3310END a few years ago and love it. Much better quality than the WW I had before. The dealer I bought from got purchased and doesn't Gulfstream anymore. We had the fridge go out a few months ago under warranty and I had another local dealer do the work and they had no problem getting the work covered by Gulfstream.
They made the only triple axle in the 35' length that I could find and we really love the vapor wall that splits and swings open.

What year is your Enduramax? Our KZ loaded is around 17,000 and we are still running the factory rubber. We only have about 6,000 miles on them but will be replacing them soon, more due to age than any signs of wear. Did your rig come with Goodyears standard, or were they offered as an option?
It's an '07,came with ST tires, that got it home, got a deal on the "badyears",which looking back was no deal. The tire lost the tread with only about 8,000 miles on it.

Thanks everyone for all the input. Based on real world usage here I think I will advise the kids to not rule out the Enduramax, and keep it on the short-list. Looks like a roadtrip will need to be planned. The moveable vapor wall is pretty unique. They are also considering the 3912 floorplan, but they are concerned about kitchen space.

The real key with any new or used RV is doing a detailed PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) You can find generic RV PDI list here.
Toy Haulers need to bring along gas, if the dealer doesn't include it so you can test the generator (under load) as well as the fuel pump systems.
The other key part of this process, IMHO, is to do the PDI before you sign any purchase or loan documents. Once you sign those then you are at the mercy of the dealer/manufacturer, if you do it before you might decided you have a lemon and you don't want it and in that case you really can walk away.
