JayGee yes the meds take 2-3 weeks for the body to adjust , and the docs will try different medications .Far as the Generator & pacemakers ask your doc i really dont think that would do any harm ..

Yes Bob I have the same meds , but I have not taken them yet ,just afraid of side affects . These PVCS seem very common in alot of people .

Sorry for the late reply - Interesting , well i have been taking 500 mg of magnisium per day , my cardiologist perscribed felcadian not sure if want to take that its pretty strong currently Im on atenolol 75mg day . This is just all very distrubing to live with feeling your heart skipping beats all day long i have even been avoiding a few camping trips , i guess just because of the discomfort.

I'm finding out its a common thing , sounds like things can be done to control it or the pvcs stop for a while and return I'm taking Atenolol 50 mg per day seems to help cut the coffee and not worry so much . Yes my doc says they wont kill me as well just driving me nuts! . I do appreciate all of you writting me in the group Ron .

Hello Jim , I recall him saying the ejection fraction is 66 percent but a slight thickening of the heart muscle due to to high blood pressure from 15 years ago , its in control now .

Good morning to all , just wondering if any of you had suffered with pvc prem vetricular contractions (extra heart beats) I have had these for 19 years cardioligist says nothing to worry about had the work up done blood & ekg/echo but wow its really disturbing . Now i know this is a rv forum but .... Just wanted to advise from other people that may have this problem , I guess its due to stress to much worry bla bla bla.. Anyway Thanks for letting me vent Ron .
