RE: Ducted Heat to Cabover

Dang, who thought it was a good design idea to put the furnace directly under the stove? Saved on propane tubing so they could make more profit...I bet the tank is under there too but accessed from outside! :W Capt PJ

RE: Uro-Camper: a new hardcore offroad camper from Europe

Can you imagine a LANCE being built like this? The design concepts translated into BIG for the US market...I like all my stuff in my TC but using these walls and roof with that bed liner coating for outside...it would sell in an instant!! Do you see this LANCE!!!! You are close with some of your ideas...make the frame from alum and vacuum sandwich with no edges to caulk and no thousands of screws and bent exterior alum extusions...repairs would be super easy cut it out and slide the new bit and respray...no joints or seals disturbed! Superb insulation value from the git go and no leaks of air. Even rthe tanks can be inside with access thru a drop out hatch that is held up with latches. All out side hatches fit snug and are the same material no outside manufacture needed...ease of custom orders. Imagen having the understep water tank in a closed sealed compartment that does not allow air to infiltrate into the living quaters...the tank is accessed from outside thru a removable panel. Yes some heat ducts and would need to be there for freeze protection, but all the pumps associated stuff is in there. You get my drift! NICE! Thx for posting! Capt PJ

Here is something unusual for Puget Sound! We have freezing rain all day today, nasty roads for sure! Capt PJ http://i525.photobucket.com/albums/cc340/pjay98407/TC/2012/IMG_2012TCs.jpg
