I guess I just as well get in on this.

I have a 1988 Dodge with 318. It is an Xporer Xtra Van. I purchased it three years ago with around 60,000. It had been stored indoors and used only for RV trips.

I have done several extended trips and it is now my only vehicle. I now have 125,000 on it with NO major problems. Last summer I replaced the AC compressor because the seal went out. I replaced an "air fan" in the emission system when it got noisey, and some switch in the ignition system when it wouldn't fire. That is it.

I love this unit, my third class B and thank the Lord every day for keep it running.

We have a 1994 Dodge 190RT Independent with the 318 engine.

We bought it used June of 2002 and it had 36,800 miles on it. The couple that owned it keep it in good shape as well as always keeping it in a garage. They had a 9' high door to their garage.

It now has 52,000 miles on it and has, to date, given us very little trouble. I've only had to replace the chassis battery. Did that a month ago. Did change out the shocks earlier this year.

As for the RV part of the vehicle, I did have to replace a refrigerator this year. That was an expensive deal.

All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase. I do change oil in it roughly every 4,000 miles.

Leaving after Christmas to go to Orlando for a few days and then heading out to New Orleans for the Sugar Bowl. Then will head back to Virginia.

I put about 100,000 miles on my InterVec Falcon before I sold it. It has since gone through two owners who I know and has racked up a heck of a lot more miles with few problems. These are great units if they are properly maintained.
