I agree with Bon-Ami it doesn't scratch and then put on that rain dex it helps the next time you have to wash the MOHO. Louie

Bon Ami is the best. I had water stains on my shower glass door in my house. Tried numerous products including vinegar. The only thing that worked was Bon Ami in the can. It states on the can that it will not scratch and it doesn't

I have been using Bon Ami cake with a small sponge for 50 years. Learned the trick from a car dealer. Wet the sponge and rub it on the cake, then apply to windows inside and out. Let dry to a white powder, and wipe off.
The old vinegar water and newspaper method used to be good too, but now the inks have been reformulated and contain more oils, less carbon, and will leave a residue on the glass. Just my 2 cents!

Quote:

I read that LCR is a good product to remove those stains on glass. It's that stuff you use on bathroom tile etc. Suppose to remove lyme, calcium, rust and other mineral deposits. I haven't tried it yet, but will when the temp gets above 50 degrees.

Remember it's an acid that's sure to drip down and may damage paint. If you have glass, listen to those who've used Bon Ami, it does work. If you have plexiglass, use a good wax or light rubbing compound.

Try a product called Rain Clear and Rain Clear Cleaner & Repellent made by a company called Unelko. It is awesome. One application lasts for 3-6 months and gives you improved visibility, repeling rain, sleet, etc. It also restricts the buildup of frost, salt, mud, bugs & grime. You will also use much less window washing fluid because your wipers will clear the windshield since this product helps repel everything. I also use their products for the shower and apply it once every 6 months - resulting in no water spots or buildups. It's great!

Try their website at www.unelko.com

Good luck!
