Another gorgeous sunshiny day.
I should get busy and take the garbage out, then go down in the crawl space and insulate the hot water line that runs almost the full length of the house.
Yeah, I guess I best quit goofing off.
The house elves must be on strike, they aren't getting anything done anymore, I have to do it myself!

Just the oppposite here yesterday, it was raining on and off all day Wednesday, temp was bad though, it was in the upper 50's. Suppose to get a little more rain tomorrow and clear out Thursday evening into Friday, with temps. in the upper 50's to low 60's. Looks like we'll dodge the rain Saturday going to Lake Keowee and after I get set up, don't really care what it does then for the next 7 or 8 days. Hope all of you are feeling well and hope you have a good day today. I'm at work and got to go answer a couple of calls, y'all take care, I'll drop back in later.

Good afternoon to all, been up for a while, it's a beautiful day, sunny and the temp. is 65 degrees. AWESOME. Went to bed about 9:15 this morning, woke up around 12:00, saw how pretty it was and thought,"don't put off till tomorrow, what you can do today"...especially when the weather is cooperating. I started with 5er, got on the roof and washed it, then washed the rest of it..at 39'6", it takes a bit...then I washed the Hyundai, then I washed the truck, it's 3:46 and I just got cleaned up, so it took a bit to get all this done. Leaves me some room to do yardwork tomorrow if the weather works out for me again. Front yard is good to go, but the backyard that I've done once already is almost loaded again with oak leaves...they've "mostly" all fallen now. Get all these mulched and cleared out of the yard, I'll be "good to go" until this spring..yeah, I love it when a plan comes together.
Hope all of you are feeling well and having a good day. Believe I'm going to eat a sandwich....catch y'all later...

Have been out to take Abigail to school and it was so fresh feeling out there. Then I HAD to come back inside to do housework. What a dirty word that is HOUSEWORK!!

Beautiful day here, took the Jeep to work last night and washed it today...DW should be happy.. So, all three vehicles are washed, 5er looks. great and I took care of the backyard...yeah, "got er done". Even got the truck hooked up to the 5er already. Checked air pressure in a total of 18 tires today..all good, (actually checked the spare on the truck and the 5er, make that 20 tires. Sunny here and suppose to get into the low 60's. Appears the weather is going to cooperate tomorrow for us also, sunny to partly cloudy, high in the mid 60's in West Union and then rain moving in for one Sunday, for a day it appears. Hope all of you are feeling well and hope your having a great day and have a great weekend. Believe I'm going to take a little nap...catch y'all later.

Well, to be truthful with you, I grew up in southern WV. Except for 4 yrs in the USAF I was there from birth(1950) to moving to Blacksburg Va in 1989 to be closer to a job that I started there in 87'. I got laid off in 93 and left VA, moved to the Asheville area and have been here since. I love the mountains, been in them in all three states. So I'm a "transplant also"...I went south and you went north.... Small world.
