2007 Weekend Warrior FSC3200
Generator Start Button Missing
Propane Detector Not Working
Caught on PDI, left at GIANT and delivered to my house 3 weeks after
Arrives at home- Try out the water pump and it goes out-INLINE FUSE
Shower leaking thru bottom seal-Solution I will RE-CAULK.
Everything else works perfect.
OVerall very impressed with the outside quality and interior
I was kinda worried about my trailer doors not closing right, Or things not being square after reading posts. Very happy with my Trailer, NOT so happy with my DEaler turnaround though.

jab3143 wrote: Most of my issues were weight capacity issues....I did have a few minor things that WW took care of. Thinking back, I did have the fuel fumes in the trailer after traveling....I was much more pissed at the dealer than WW. The dealer couldn't fix it after a couple tries....I spent 2 minutes on the phone with WW and had it diagnosed. I now remember that some crackhead (not me) ran my front bedroom Air conditioning wiring to the wrong place in the trailer. I had quite a time getting the wire run when I added a second AC unit. All in all I am happy with the quality of the trailer. I feel it is heavy duty and well made.

Hi James,
I wasn't sure if the weight issue was a QC problem, but I think I'll go back edit my post.

A few minor problems, propane switch over, fuel tank needed replaced, stove not at right temps. And then saturday night My wife heard a loud POP, I went outside and found nothing, Sunday morning I was walking around the backyard and seen the rear of the trailer,Fiberglass sides poped off. We will see how Warrior handles it. The selling dealer Came right over to the house on Sunday and looked at it and took pictures for warrior to get on it right away.
I will keep you posted.

06 FB3000 Only minor items I end up fixing myself.
Drawers fell down. Remounted drawer rails, no prob. since.
Low shower pressure. Upgraded water pump and drill out
restricter. Great pressure now.
Had to recaulk shower area and front window to fix leaks.
Didn't come with a smoke detector. I installed one.
Didn't like the dim inside lights, changed to fluorescents.
Had to reroute and insulate all wiring under trailer.(This
took the most work, but I know its right now) at the
same time found out fuel station pump was loose and ready
to fall off.
The sewer hose holder was a joke. Installed a tube to the frame
for the hose.
Will I buy another WW ? Yes I would, other than this problems
I think its a very nice trailer.
P.S. I would do a more detail walk through on the next one though.

I have an 06 LE3105, Aug 2005 build date. The heating rod on my fridge came defective so it would blow the AC power fuse and would only run on propane, fixed myself, parts about $30. The rear left flood light flooded with water after some rains. Haven't fixed that yet. Had the fuel station problem like everybody else that purchased trailers around the same time frame. They just used a plastic snap fit wire retainer for the main cord that goes to the truck and it ripped out of the box pulling the main power and ground wires from their terminals and blowing a fuse in my truck. Fixed that myself. One of the tires came with a square drive screw pre-installed causing a slow leak. Fixed that myself. The trip I just went on this weekend, a little wood panel ripped down in the front right corner because the screws in it just caught the edge of the wood they were screwed into. Fixed that myself. My first trip out the propane autoswitch stuck or something and I lost propane flow no matter what I tried. That problem fixed itself on the drive home and hasn't reappeared. I noticed a few cracks in my kitchen countertop that look liked they were glued. You can only see them in the right sunlight at a certain angle so I didn't even notice them for a couple of trips. The trailer came with no toilet paper spools or bathroom sink stopper. WW made me pay for them after I got tired of trying to get them through my dealer. One of my rear taillights has already burnt out. My bathroom door end cap keeps coming loose and I have to bang it back on my hand. My trailer came with one new battery and one that was over a year old. One of my shades closes kind of crooked. I just wanted to list every single problem I could think of that I have had and not sugar coat the trailer just because I own one but I have to say even though some of these problems have kind of pissed me off, I still love the trailer because of it's design and overall build quality. A lot of my problems would have been hard to catch doing an inspection on the line. But QC could still probably be a little bit better. I choose to fix my problems my self but I have heard many times that WW factory service is great for those of us fortunate enough to live in their area.
