There have been several threads asking about which generator will run which A/C unit. I thought I would start a thread to consolidate that info into one thread for the TCU Thread.
Please list your:
1) Generator model.
2) A/C make and BTU/hr rating.
3) And the maximum altitude at which you have operated you’re A/C with your generator.
4) Whether your generator will run your A/C in "econo mode".

Runs just fine on Econo mode

EU2000i, Dometic 13,500 BTU at 700' above sea level in Econo Mode. About ten amps. (Nothing else on)

Coleman Polar Cub 9000 btu, Honda 2000i, basically at sealevel maybe 100ft above.Runs fine in econo mode. Nothing else on but I think I forgot to switch the refer to gas.

2) Coleman Polar Cub ~8300btu
3) 5000ft
4) Runs fine in eco mode as long as fridge is on LP and converter is off
5) Fuel consumption is ~0.1 gal/hr
