It is at Quemado Lake in New Mexico on May,2,3,4. The lake is located close to the New Mexico/Arizona border in the northern Gila Forest. Here is the sign up link2008 Southwest Rally. Winds were 25-45mph for the drive up, and they were down to nothing after sundown and for the rest of the Rally. on the turn to the lake They had all the wood cut for us at the group shelter. We have 8 or 9 here. I think fuel prices are curbing rallies these days. Hotter than stink, it will be close to 100 today. My feet are fine as long as they are traveling.
