I have found a curved shower curtain rod that would be perfect in the TT but I'm unsure of how many inches the opening is? Our TT is stored at another place and I haven't had a chance to go measure and was wonder if anyone here might have tried the curved rods.

The rods shows that it will fit openings from 38" to 67"! What do y'all think?

It should fit fine. If you have a standard RV tub it should be 48 inches. If you have just a shower it will probably be too large.

With that kind of variance in measurements it should work fine.

I got one for my home from Lowe's. I would say that the careful use of a hacksaw would make it work for an RV.

What keeps the rod from sagging down due to the curve?

www.lakeside.com has a curved shower rod for 7.95 that works perfect for RV's. It's adjustable so you don't have to cut it. I looked at Lowes and Bed, Bath and Beyond and they were a lot more.

I put the one from lakeside in my travel trailer and love it. the mounting brackets keep it in the postion you want.

Does it use the existing brackets that hold the standard rod? I just ordered one. Thanks for the info...

Thanks so much! The one I found was in a catalog similar to lakeside collections, abc distrubiting co. They also have a web site. The price is $7.95. Looks like my DH will soon have a job to do.

Why not buy the RV tracks that attach to the ceiling that
hold curtains?

They make them in curved sections also, seem it would be
a whole lot easier.

They tracks can be purchased at any RV dealerships parts dept.
