Well my last time out I forgot the fresh water hoses...
I had water in the tank so we made it through the weekend no problems but that got me thinking...I "need" a check list after all.
I think this list will do me well, and on the far right I've left room to write the grocery list as it changes each outing.
It's hard to keep things loaded in the TC all the time since down here in the summer it gets too hot.

Here's the last outing...

Thats a good idea. We have one. I've been thinking about laminating it, so I can use a wax pencil and mark things off rather than making new copies.

Great idea. I open the cupboard and wonder sometimes whether those can goods are still safe to eat as they have been baked for weeks.
My wife uses a small tote that has sauces, condiments and little containers of flour, oil, sugar . . . etc. Works good as most of the perishables are moved in one trip to the kitchen.
I like your spread sheet, wish I could read it a little better.

It's taken three years to get a checklist we're happy with. This has stood us pretty well and we usually don't forget anything major. Almost all of this stays in the TC. Each trip we print off a copy of the list and cross the item off as we re-check it is there. Sounds like a ton of stuff but it fits well and we aren't overloaded.

a water cheater is a small rubber boot that will fit over a water spigot that doesnt have a threaded faucet... so think of it like a condom that your water hose attaches to and you shove it over the faucet.

Why dont you post that xls instead of a photo ?
each of you may want to post your checklists as xls's and I'll merge them all into one big list, from there folks could download it and edit etc... we could make a monster master checklist for next season !!! WOOO!!!

Wow, I did leave off a bunch of stuff...hhmmm going to have to rethink this, lol.
I too plan on printing out a new check list everytime we load up.

Seriously .... I can understand moving items out that might be affected by the heat or the cold but do you guys actually move all that stuff out between trips? I'm thinking that you don't.
I do believe that a list of items that are useful/necessary for comfortable camping is good to review now and again but a check list for each trip?
