If we could have made it , there would have been a GMC in the middle of that pic. I know , i know , then you would have had to pull two gmc's out of the mud.
Glad to see you guys had a great time , looks like a nice spot. Its nice to see Mikey wearing 2 shoes and walking without a cane. Glad to see you up and around . Everyone have a happy and healthy winter , see you at the spring rally . We are not truckcamperless anymore,we bought a new Lance 845 .

Hello Everyone,,,
I think I will remember this one for being sooooo warm out..One would think camping in Maine the 1st weekend in November would be quite cold..(((I know that when 3 of us did it in 2007 is was darn cold but dry)
The picture with the sun out and We all eating out breakfeast on the tables was taken Sunday morning and all I am wearing is that heavy sweater...
Ann thanks for pulling this all together..

"Just couldn't stand to put the truck camper away for the winter without one last fling."
I know the feeling, we are going camping over Thanksgiving. I have not gotten it out of my system this year, yet!

Looks like a good time. Nice trip report although it is rather redundant to say the Ford had to pull out the Chevy! I mean really...it's just naturally implied whenever you say Ford and Chevy in the same sentence that the Ford would be the helper and the Chevy the helpee. Right? One final question...anyone join the Polar Bear Club whilst right next to the Atlantic?

No Polar Bear Club yet - water is still too warm. Impromptude gatherings sometimes are the best but we just got this camp out in under the start of a really bad stretch of weather. Supposed to have pretty cold rain/slush/snow for the next 4-5 days.
Camper is fully winterized but still got stuff to get out of it and the ADCO cover to put on. We had hoped to beat the snow on getting the cover on. It's going to be a race.

Excellent photos! Glad you all had such a good time. My last trip will be over Thanksgiving, too. You were lucky to see a herd of summer cattle so late in the season.

Anne! I think we make a motion to move the Spring NE Jamboree to YOUR place!!
I'l be right with you getting the ADCO on. We've been winterized since returning from our last outing the weekend before Halloween at UMaine Homecoming in Orono. I would have SWORN my wife took a pick of the three campers in the steam plant parking lot but I haven't found it yet. So after unloading and washing, it's the cover and that's it.
