Here is an overview of our planned activities so far:
Friday night, bring your own meat and a side dish or desert to share. I will provide a big charcoal fire for everyone to cook their own meat.
Saturday afternoon, ice cream social. Sign-up sheet available, see first page of this thread.
Saturday night, Tri-tip meat cooked by grill masters Newton, Steve and my DH Ray. Please bring a side dish or desert to share.
Here is how we are going to work the side dishes and deserts for both Friday and Saturday night.
If your site number is an even number, then on Friday night, please bring a side dish to share. If your site number is an odd number, then on Friday night, please bring a desert to share.
On Saturday night, we are going to switch. If your site number is an even number, then on Saturday night, please bring a desert to share. If your site number is an odd number, then on Saturday night, please bring a side dish.
Each family is responsible for bringing their own drinks and place settings and eating utensils. Please also remember to bring a serving utensil to serve your side dish or desert with. Both nights, I will provide small plates, plastic forks and napkins for desert.

We will not be able to make this one. We are gonna stay closer to home for the rest of this year.
