Howdy, I am brand new to this forum. Lot's of good information on here. We are thinking of getting a larger toy hauler. Right now we have a Starcraft expandable with the deck on the front and we love it. The problem is that it only sleeps 6. We have looked at the Keystone Outback 280RS and 28KRS and the Keystone Springdale 290CTSSR, but only on the internet. They look to be just what we want as far as the living area goes. The question I have is how large is the garage area. I can't find the measurements anywhere. I really need to be able to fit 2 race quads inside which would require about 6 feet by 8 feet of area. Are these garages even close to that? Anyone out there have one and loaded 2 quads inside? Anyone have the garage dimensions? We will probably go look at some this weekend, but the closest dealership is about 3 hours each way. I hate to waste a trip if the garage will be too small. Thank you in advance for your responses.

I have a outback 28krs and love it. You will not be able to fit 2 race quads in it unless you get very creative. Another problem you will run into is the garage area is only designed to carry 1000 lbs. I normally haul 1 dirt bike, but I can load 3 bikes or 1 bike and a quad. I dont know the measurements off hand, but you should be able to find all the information you want on http://www.outbackers.com/forums/index.php?act=idx. good luck

I think you'll be hard pressed to get the two ATVs in there, you may need to stand one up. That's easy with some Sport ATV but not possible with many Utility ATVs. I checked the Outbackers (I'm a member there too as I used to own an Outback) and didn't find the measurements but I bet if you post over there one of the owners will measure for you. If you don't get your answer call Keystone directly they should be able to get you what you need quickly.

Thanks guys, that is what I was afraid of. I love the Outback's design, I just wish the garage was a little bit larger. Does anyone know if the Springdale has the same size garage? A dealership here has 2 of them on their lot. I will check the outbackers.com site. Thanks again for the responses.
