We leave our deep fryer at home. But do occasionally deep fry in a pan. And sometimes fry up a turkey in a deep pot. Gotta love wings, and french fries. We reuse the oil until it gets fairly dark. We pour it out until the residue in the bottom starts to flow out. We get 8 or 10 uses. Then I just dispose it in my campsite neighbors diesel tank. Of course when he is in bed.

WHAT???
You've never fixed up a batch of the World's Best Southern Fried Chicken at the campsite? You'll make friends faster than anything...well, except for maybe that cooler full of ice cold beer.
Oooo, hot fried chicken and ice cold beer. Now that's camping!

Are you asking how to store it for re-use or how to dispose of it after 1 use?
To re-use, I let it cool a little and then strain it through a filter...Cone coffee filters work GREAT and I picked up a cone filter "holder" for .25 cents at a yard sale.
To dispose, I just pour it into a coffee can, put the lid on and throw it away....Or pour it into my fire pit!....BUT, I always burn it off before I leave....
If you're not a coffee drinker, just go to a local, hometown restaurant or coffee shop and ask them to save one for you.

Someone will probably have a fit about this too, but I actually take used cooking oil along camping to aid in fire starting. All natural, no petroleum products used.

Medic8106: actually, burning the cooking oil is not all that bad, if it's good enough to "eat", I don't see why it's bad to burn! I rather have the oil in the fire pit then it clogging my arteries! *LOL* It's not like dumping gray water right on the ground like some campgrounds allow people to do! YUCK!

We use quart canning jars. We put a coffee filter in the top and secure it with the canning ring. After its filtered simply put a lid under the ring and its stored and ready for the next use. I always follow the advice to add some fresh oil at the next usage.

I've tried saving oil in the past, but when I'm ready to use it, it smells rancid to me. So I end up dumping it.

I use an old coffee can for general frying grease. Have one special for bacon drippings as I re-use them for seasoning/flavor.
