If your dealer goes out of business you can contact Heartland directly and they will usually authorise one of your local dealers to do any warranty work. Just remember to get pre-authorization for all your warranty work.

Good luck and enjoy your Sundance

Thanks all, again, keeping our fingers crossed for financing and will go from there! The next closest dealer is about 3 1/2 hours away but would do it if necessary. Also looking into a couple of online financing sources and will see what happens there. I hate to let this deal go as it keeps payments where we need them plus is over $10k less than the MSRP and the unit we are looking at is pretty well option loaded.

We're searching a new fifth wheeler ourselves right now as a plumber's panel truck took our Wildcat out at the start of the July 4th long weekend. We've been searching since then waiting for the insurance to settle and we've finally assembled a short list based on our current TV and all we've learned. Currently we're looking at a Sundance 3300RLB, and a Open Range bunk house model. These are about the best we've found at this price point and which offer bunk house models.

We were really impressed with the quality and features of both these units and think for the money, you can't go wrong with either.
