We were planning a trip in Oct and was wondering from the people that have been there if dogs are indeed welcome there (in numbers), We never go anywhere with out our group of 3 Great Danes and a Chow. In everyones opinion that we have met they are very well behaved but my concern is some, if not all Florida counties have put restrictions on campgrounds about numbers of dogs allowed or breeds. I have written Disney and I am currently waiting for their reply just to have a written reply rather than whoever on a phone call. Just thought I would ask real world people that have been there.

I don't know about numbers but there are loops specific for pets and they are required to stay within those loops. The loops also have stations for potty pickup bags.

I don't know if they have an official policy limiting the number of pets, but our friend goes every Christmas and takes 6 of her show Springers with her. We go with our 2 dogs and 2 cats and have never had a problem. I believe as long as your animals are well behaved you should be fine. There is surcharge for pets and restricted loops.

We didn't take pets, but I didn't get the impression they take a tailcount for those who do.
Do you ever put saddles on the Great Danes and off pony rides to kids?

There are certain loops for pets and you need to let them know when you make your reservation that you will be bringing pets with you. They also have a nice dog park in the campground.

There was gentleman their last May with three (3) danes one was over 200lbs. We travel with a American Bull who weights about 90lbs. We have stayed with Disney many many times in past with pets and they are welcome as long as you clean-up after them. And control them!! They have a GREAT dog park and walking areas..

I couldn't help but get a chuckle when I first read your post. We travel with our Newfie (#150) and can't imagine having two in the coach. Would make for some great comedy. There must be alot of love going on in your camper!!!

It is very comedic,, people refer to it like a clown car when we pull up, they just keep coming out one after another. All over 100# Its just a shame that my wife and I lay on the floor to watch tv at nite and they are all snoring on the couches. BTW dis still has'nt written back but i now feel confident.
