We have been an Explorer RV Club member for 10 years (Canadian). Through them we have the Wayfarer Insurance and the ERS. We would rate these services (all of them) 10+ out of 10. Roadside service is fabulous and they have even come 85 km up a gravel road in Northern Ontario to find me to change a tire on the MH. Awesome service. Service area - North America. Do not know about Mexico as we have not been there and have no plans to go either.
Towing: usually something either the car or the MH each year. Insurance - no hazzels and we have had a number of claims including a MH write off, awnings, and breakin. We have nothing but great service.

Here's another one with a reason to question CAA'a usefulness in varying regions. I had CAA RV Plus Advantage. I found it to be useless.
While they may be affiliated with AAA in the U.S. they have no control over responders so when I phoned to get help for a trailer tire problem, they said they would send a tow truck. After explaining to the Tulsa Ok office that all I needed was a tire service vehicle, I was told to "take it or leave it" so I politely told them to have a nice day and phoned a local tire service facility called Milemaster Tires and was back on the road in less than an hour.
Subsequent phone calls to offices back in Canada with the query "of what good is the RV Plus feature if all I'm going to get is the same service I would have gotten with a Honda Civic?" were answered with "we have no control over what our affiliate the AAA will choose to respond with". My statement was then "I need it for travelling with the RV which the bulk of is done in the U.S. so I will go hunting for a U'S service that knows my needs and will also provide service in Canada and maybe I'm the winner and you're the loser!
Have been with Good Sam since and the first question when called for help is "what kind of sevice can we help you with"? How refreshing.
CAA is going to have to get their act together if they are going to sell an advertised product designed for the RV'er and then claim they have no ability to dovetail that service with their affiliates in the largest most popular region for RV'ing. Waaaaassup!

We were pleased with AAA when we broke down near Yellowstone however, their prices are starting to get a bit pricey. I also like the fact that coachnet has an RV Technician on call to answer anything in relation to the RV.
Looks like I'll give Coachnet a try. I've called and emailed them and was happy with their service.
