I upgraded two lights using the Command Electronics 21 warm white board part # K-0031. The larger boards would probably not fit in my Optronics bullet style fixtures.

The lamp over the Kitchen sink and bathroom were upgraded while the other lamps in the photo are stock bulbs I tried several exposure levels. The dimmer photo is probably closer to reality. The stock bulbs seem to have a bit more light output but the color was more pleasing on the LEDs and not as yellow as the stock bulbs.

Looks good... Hard to do a comparison with the auto cameras of today but IMO, the Command's were brighter and more pleasing to the eye - seemed to disperse better too...

Les, Okay are you still happy with the Command Electronics LED lights you installed? Just contacted Kraig at Command)and apparently they have changed their circuitry to prevent any RF interference from their lights.
So now I'm making a list of lights I need and thought I would get back with you and see if you're still satisfied.
Happy trails,

Bill,

Did Kraig state when they made the upgrade addressing the RF issue? I installed my Command Electronics LED's last year, and satisfied thus far (haven't noticed any RF issues).

Bob, here's a copy of the email I got 2 days ago. Kraig didn't respond but their VP did............

Bill,
We have since re-designed the boards to eliminate this issue. You should have no trouble.
Thanks,

We have started changing over our light too.....At first I didn't like the color of the LED lights but they have gotten much better as of late.....Now they are much brighter and not that odd blue hue. I have no trouble reading with the LED lights and they do save on battery use. Can't wait till we have the whole TT changed over......By the way this was a nice post....cw

Bill,

Thanks for the feedback...., and looks like their reply didn't give a time frame when the upgrade took place, unless when he said "we have since" it implied since LAdams installed his back in '09'.

I plan to go to the RV Show in Novi on Sunday......, just to look!

"Looking" turns into "Wanting"
"Wanting"
