Does anyone know of a source for the original stick-on states map, the one with the solid-colored states? So far, my internet search has come up with nothing.

The newer version stinks - from more than a view feet away, it's hard to see what's filled in.

Thanks,
Ted H.

I thought I saw it at Camping World last year. Maybe that was the newer version.

We bought one last year from someone on this forum (sorry, can't remember their name) who runs a camping supplies store. It was one of their last 2. Apparently the manufacturer quit making the old solid color states. I agree, they're much easier to see!

You might consider getting the map for the outline and painting in the states. We saw someone this summer who had done that - apparently they lost the set partway through, so filled in solid colors of additional states using some other medium besides the stickers.

My wife found one at the KOA in Sheridan, WY last summer. I should have sent her back to get all they had.

would be nice if there was a way to order them somewhere. With all the stupid things online you would think that would be an easy find.

I thought I was crazy when I could not find the solid colors also...The new style does looks awful.

I also looked at the ebay! one, He specifies on that that you should only put it on a flat surface so if yout TT is aluminuim you are out of luck.

I guess I will follow this post to see if anyone come up with a better source.

When I bought my 5th Wheel, I wanted to purchase a USA map also but the only thing available was the other style, I wanted the solid color states as well (personal preference). So after a few nights of design and innovation I designed my own. The map worked out so well that I thought I would offer my design to others, hence the clicky above.

The map works well when applied to flat surfaces only (gelcoat/windows/doors), with all the detail within the map itself and the size of the individual states it is almost impossible to apply correctly to a trailer with aluminum sides. I have tried other designs and still no luck. I am open to suggestions to make this work, call it constructive criticism.
