Surface rust on the frame isn't going to hurt anything.... If you were really worried about get down on your belly when you get home and rinse everything down with a garden hose. I think a High Pressure washer would do more damage than good to the wood floor, the wiring, the piping ect. I would be more concerned if you drove the trailer through salt water or towed it in a snow storm on roads that had been salted. Then you especially want to rinse off the salt crud.... but surface rust on a frame isn't going to hurt a thing.
