I'm searching for a towing dolly with surge breaks. Looking for something used at a reasonable price. I live in the Orlando area and recently bought a Winnebago 30V, which is a 30 ft. Class C. Also just purchased an old jepp wrangler as a toad. So trying to find something to use to tow it.

My motor home came with a Blue Ox tow bar, but with breaks, wiring and installation costs, it seems more economical to purchase a used 80THB with Surge breaks.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Check your owners manual but I don't think you can dolly a Wrangler. You need all four down or on a trailer. A Wrangler is easy to flat tow and the baseplates are usually very cheap. I paid a little over a hundred for my Demco baseplate for my Wrangler. I didn't care for dolly towing.

You can flat tow the Jeep by putting the transfer case in neutral,
If you really want an inexpensive tow dolly check out MasterTow tow dollies.

Craigslist is a good place to look. Just be careful. There are plenty of scammers there. I found my master tow locally but I did a lot of looking on Craigslist
