Weight of the truck, loaded for travel with the hitch installed and subtract that from the GVWR listed on the door post DOT sticker, to get the available payload.

Dont know that the vehicle mfgs provide the numbers like that. The vehicle has a GVWR and GCVWR. In addition the axles have ratings.

Plug some numbers here and see what you get. Id love to have a database with all the trucks weights but too many combinations. What is important is each place where "the rubber meets the road".

Whatever keeps the TV under it's GVWR and GAWR

Best to weigh your setup axle by axle, both empty and fully loaded to know

There is no substitute for putting your setup on a good scale. Then you know for sure. This is doubly important for TT’s with WD systems. It is very easy to overload the front axle with a WD system.

If you go by the GVWR of the truck, you will probably find that your maximum pin weight will be in the 1500-1700lb range. That's with the hitch already in the truck, and a reasonable amount of stuff on board.

If you go by the RAWR, rear axle weight rating, of the truck the pin weight will turn out to be around 2500lbs.

Be aware that by going with the RAWR, you will likely exceed the GVWR of the truck. The truck will probably need helper springs or airbags to prevent excessive sag.

On the other hand, you aren't going to get that dream mansion on wheels with only a 1500lb pin weight.
