it's not a "warranty", it's a "service contract" or something similar...read through it you won't see the word "warranty" anywhere in it I'd bet...it's nothing more than an insurance policy that takes your purchase price of it, pays the dealer their commission (probably 30%) then sets aside a chunk of the rest of it in a reserve fund to pay claims eventually (if they can't weasel out of it in the contract language)...don't waste your money

One other angle...how handy are you? Do you make some of your own repairs?

I've found that doing repairs is often easier than hitching up and towing the trailer to a repair station, and then pulling it back later.

I didn't take advantage of the factory warranty, I repaired a few things on my own because it was easier and cheaper.
