But one last time.Going to scrub roof the best I can then put eternabond tape on all seams then paint the roof ( Tired of the white chalking running down the sides. So Wash, Wipe with assitone, apply tape, then paint roof. Now the big question?? What would you to paint the foof? I was told by one person He used Blackjack 1000, from Lowe's. What would you use? or what did you use? Our park model was done at least 7 years ago and is still good. The less you plan the more options you have. There is also some two part products, that will not disolve (like water based 1 part products when they have standing water on them for more than a week) such as the Liquid Roof EPDM product that does not flake off like the factory installed roof product. The flaking keeps the outside looking white, yet leaves behind white particals on the RV siddewalls. It went over the Eternabond tape very nicely and I have a great looking roof. And since it is 14 years old, am not worrying about a 12 year warranty.
