I would say an RV repair shop could do an inspection for you. I'm sure they will be sure to note every issue, both major and minor in hopes that they will get some business. Besides the mechanical and structural things, I would have the tanks checked as well. Others on here have mentioned about inheriting mounds.

yes... google the term "RV Surveyors" and I am sure you will find a certified company in your area. I would definitely find one before signing.
