Some very good suggestions already given here. We found floor plan to be the most important issue during our first 3 yrs full timing. Consider saving up just a bit more and make lists of things you like and dislike in your TH and all other rigs you look at, then go to a true custom trailer builder. Draw up your own floor plan with their advice & help and build it. You can have exactly the options, colors, etc you desire. Best decision we ever made!
As for the washer/dryer, separate units are much better than an all in one unit. We have never had issues with them yet and the wife enjoys doing laundry on rainy days without toting it around the park.
