Repeat that the Prep is Very Important. Spray if You will but any Overspray will stick forever. I have ruined Expensive Glasses just using a Hand pump sprayer that blew back in My Face.
I have done both the Moho and Our Old Ski Nautique. The stuff is simply amazing . I used a Microfibre Cloth and dipped it in a Clean Ice Cream Pail 1/4 full of Red Max 3. Was able to apply 4 Coats in a Day . The more You put on the shinier it gets!
I used te Sprayer to touch up a few spots that I missed! Should have just used the Cloth!

I can't exactly answer your question, but I know for sure that a clean old tshirt will leave lint specs in the finish.
Best I found was like frogkisser stated. microfiber wax applicator pad and spray bottle. Spray the rmp onto the pad and wipe. If you dip and wring the applicator, you will get bubbles.

How do you get it off? Not floor stripper, right? Does it just accumulate on the surface or do you need to remove last years wax before applying new coats?

I've found that Awesome diluted 3 or 4 to one will strip it off. Get it at the local Dollar Store. Smells like 409. Will also remove black streaks, bugs and pretty much everything else down to the gel coat. Lint free rag to apply RPM in thin, multiple coats. Works on the black window trim, door latches, head lights, sat dome cover,,,. Doesn't do much for glass. Jury still out concerning rubber roof.

RMP is not a wax, it's an acrylic coating. Unless there's a section that needs to be completely redone for some reason, a good bath with Dawn or a good car wash soap, and a single recoat is all that's normally needed.

1)Park in the shade!
2)Use Bar-keepers Friend or equiv. to prep, rinsing often
3)Folded white micro towel or shammy dipped in a CLEAN bucket of RMP
4)Apply at least 3 coats watching for sneaky runs behind you
5)RMP drys fast so just work around and around the coach
6)RMP overlapping coats will show as much shinier, so work from a corner, door etc.
7)RMP may eventually peel from non-porous surfaces (chrome)
8)Spray bug guts on front cap with water pressure only. That is all you will need. Bug remover sprays will remove the RMP.
9)Apply a refresher coat once a year

I did ours Nov of 2010 & was quite cold in the morning & a bit warmer on into the day, still cool enough for a jacket & it turned out well.
I did a spot I had not done in the hot summer time & it turned out ok as well, so I guess temp has no affect.

I used a blue micro fiber towel from a large pack purchased at Sam's Club with no problems. It probably wouldn't hurt to test the applicator. This stuff great for a boat or other type surface where one has waxed/compounded only to have the dull finish return in a few days. Had it on my fifth wheel over a year without a problem..
