Okay, I am a very savvy shopper. I have been online researching, went to RV show, asked on forums, etc....
DW and I have just purchased a 2012 Puma 30 RKSS!
I got in touch with Trevor at PHILLIPS RV in MT Morris, MI.
Basically, we paid about 70% of MSRP. Which is awesome!
Anyway, yesterday we went to pick up the new unit.
When we arrived we were very pleased to see that the TT was INSIDE the shop, since it was 9 degrees!
Met with Trevor to sign the paperwork, which was all prepared and ready to go. Took five minutes. NO upselling, or other BS.
Met with the owners son, Rusty, who gave us an incredibly detailed tour outside and inside the TT. They had already tested all the water, appliances, fridge, furnace, etc...
He turned on every light, and made sure we knew how and where/why everything was.
They installed the Reese WD hitch and Curt controller very quickly and reviewed the system with us thoroughly.
It was truly one of the best experiences of buying anything from a dealer that we have ever had, and will certainly be using them again in the future! Great Mom and Pop (Dad and Son) business!

Very nice trailer and sounds like a good price too. We had a similar experience buying ours. The sales staff was down to earth and the company in general was great to deal with. Unfortunately this dealership has changed hands so it's anybody's guess now.
Enjoy your new toy ~ whens the first trip?

They have been in business a very long time and I even bought a used PU camper there many years ago. Don't think I have ever heard anything bad about them. Sounds like they are still a first class place. Cingrats on your new rig.

We purchased a rig from them MANY years ago and the experience was just as you described. First class operation all the way around. Glad to hear that nothing has changed.

If it was 9 degrees, did they winterize it before they took it back out?

Congratulations on your new family memories maker!

It sounds like many have had great experiences with this dealership which is good to hear. Send them a link to this thread as I am sure they would like to hear the positive feedback as well.

Now lets see some pictures!...................Rob

Thanks all...I did send the salesman, Trevor, a copy via email of what I posted.

Yes, they blew the lines out before I left.

Again, just an awesome buying experience. I am a business owner, and know how important good word of mouth can be.

No pics yet, as I took it straight to storage and it was covered in ice and slush

Thanks again all!
