I'm sure I am not the only one who has trouble falling asleep because their spouse snores very loud. Please share your solutions. I have tried an electric fan on the highest setting, ear plugs but I can hear what sounds like my pulse in my ear, so that is as bad as the snoring, sound machine did not block out snoring. Thanks for the help.

The person snoring needs to be medically checked for cause of snoring and then have that problem corrected.....surgery, mouth piece, C-Pap etc.
Snoring is a signal something isn't right.

In the mean time....quick, short jab to the ribs. Then act stupid....Whaaaat

Take the snorer in for a sleep study. I have had THREE husbands tell me I snore like a train.....I ignored the first 2 and then thought I'd better listen to #3. I have sleep apnea and snoring is a sign. It can cause so many problems including heart problems. I have a CPAP, it's not a turn-on at night, but I don't snore anymore
