Finally met them. We show up and half of their food tent is staked onto our site. They are nice and chatty and move it onto their site. No problem, I think.
The entire next day their large multifamily party repeatedly cuts through our site to use the bathroom, which is odd when you consider I have 2 huge guard dogs! I had to put my dogs at my friends site.
The absolute best part was when we were sitting at our picnic table eating breakfast and they came over and dumped their bacon grease in our campfire! So now I have 2 dogs I have to try to keep out of a food smelly fire pit?! They had 3 sites and 3 fire pits but walked right up to ours! I have never been with such rude people. Apparently they believe our site is their site. It has been nearly unusable for us. We are only here for the weekend and the place is packed so no chance for moving.

Seriously, who puts their trash in their neighbor's firepit?!

Remember, you can't fix stupid/rude.

Those people could read about this on the forum and not realize we're talking about them, because they didn't do anything wrong or rude.
Just ask them.

Report them to the camp hosts. Let them handle it.

Pickup the smelly ashes with a shovel and return them to your neighbor's fire pit. You could say, "Hey thank you for your beacon grease, but we are on a diet!"

One should give double the kindness back.
