Has anyone stayed in a campground in the top of the thumb area?
Fox News did a special with Lee Thomas about a campground called Caseville County Park and it looked wonderful there, but I can't seem to find anyone who has ever stayed up in this area. Are the parks up there nice?

Hi Yankeeblue,

The problem in finding the campground is probably due to semantics or the silence of an apostrophe in the spoken language. The “Caseville County Park” is actually a Huron county park that is located at the north edge of the town of Caseville. Here’s an address for info on all Huron county parks.

http://www.huroncountyparks.com/

It appears that Huron County may be a camper’s Mecca.

I agree that Caseville County Park is nice and fairly large too. But Port Crescent SP is far nicer, IMHO. BTW, when did they move Indian River to the Thumb?
