Does anyone have any advice on a campground/rv park in the New Braunfels area? I should be arriving mid Feb. from Vancouver.
Thanks,
Marilyn

We stayed at the Hill Country Park just south of town on I-35. Nice park, likes the new area better than the old. Reasonable rates.

We are having a Rally at Kerrville, TX 14-17 Feb. Love to have you guys come over. There is more info under the General Section

Thanks for the info! I'll probably be there for a month - do you know also if there are any state parks or campgrounds?

Guadalupe River State park is about 30 minutes to the west of New Braunfels on Highway 46. It is a very nice state park with water and electric sites.

As stated, Guadalupe River State Park is beutiful. Have reservations for that park for a week in April and can't wait! Here's a site to help you:

http://www.tpwd.state.tx.us/park/guadalup/

If you click on "State Parks & Historic Sites" at the top of the page, it will take you the "Home" page and give you a lot more good info about our park system (the best in the country ).

Hope you have a great trip!

It looks beautiful - I went to the site and printed all the directions. Thanks again.
