Help! My kitchen sink is stained! I have a corian cover over one side of the white sink. Someone, while pouring their morning coffee must have dripped the coffee into the sink. It went unnoticed for a day or so. We tried everything to remove it, to no avail. Any suggestions would be very helpful. We pride ourselves on our rig and this stain is really annoying me. Thanks for your help.

You could try baking soda. Rub it on with a damp cloth and let it alone for awhile. If that doesn't work, try vinegar.
Good luck!

If your sink is procelain, then just let bleach sit on the stain for awhile.

It will not harm your sink, even if you use it full strength.

I have a corian sink which stains very easily. I've found that Cascade's Plastic Whitener which you add to the dishwasher, does a very good job getting out stains.

I have heard that you can use toothpaste to get stains out. The paste has light abrasives that won't damage your sink.

Fresh lemons cut in half rubbed on the sink and left for a while might work and they smell great.

Failing that, ammonia works on stains on corion, but it's pretty stinky!

I use oxi-clean on my sink. A little on a sponge for spot cleaning. I also fill my sinks with hot water, add 4 scoops of oxi-clean and let soak for 10-20 minutes. Throw in your sink mat too. Works like a charm.

Put your dish drainer in too.........

We have corian sinks and use softscrub gel to get off stains. Squirt on and let sit for 20 seconds. Then spray off. Keeps them looking brand new.
