KY Joe;

Stayed at the Riverside RV Park on the Little Pigeon last fall. Looked for Z Buda's, a reference to turn to Riverside, did not see it. That's the best I can do.
Cheers

Their website indicates that their season is Apr-Nov. Probably why you can't reach them. Try this link.

Hope this helps Joe.....

WE stayed there for years at spring break. IF
spring break was on or after April 1. IF break was before, we stayed elsewhere, since season opening and closing is written in blood. Sites not the greatest, but the view is the best in town if you choose "cliff side sites" = "hang the bedroom over the guard rail"

Z-Budda's was open last year ,the 2nd week of June, when we were at Creekside RV park across the street. Much better facilities, but very small sites. No view

Try Riveredge!! I think it's the best in P. Forge. Call ahead though.

I was in Pigeon Forge one week ago. Z-Budas was not open. While there were no signs to that effect, I believe it just has not started its season yet.

Just spent Thanksgiving in Pigeon Forge, Z-Buda had large(huge) signs stated that property was to be sold at auction Sept 2003. It's empty and the gates are locked. Guess if its gonna be a mall, that's what you call progress. I would strongly recommend Riverside RV Park & Resort. It is just about right behind Smokey Mountain Knife Works in Sevierville
Nice clean, well maintained park, 200 plus sites, full hook-up including cable, trash pickup at site, concrete patio for $22 bucks plus tax($24.09) per night. It's not right in town of Pigeon Forge, but it's not that far out either, We used to stay at Riversedge but a bit pricey and small tight lots. Riverside has nice new section with large pull thrus. Can't do a link(don't know how) for you but here's their website:
riversidecamp.com I think you'll like this place, but everybody's likes/dislikes are different. It's a very, very neat clean campground. You can also get a back in site so the river would be right behind your lot. Gee,, wish I could turn around and go back. Well, I sorta will be going back but only to pick up the Jimmy once it's repaired. long story, see Jimmy VS. tractor trailer tire in travel trailers. Where ever you end up please travel safe and drive not only for yourself but for all the other crazies out there. Only you can look out for you.

we stayed there columbus day weekend. It was pretty full. Our neighbor told us that they had been staying there in October for 15 years. However, he told me that they had sold the park and the hillside would soon be condos. I didn't bother to check out his story, but he seemed to know what he was talking about. I would go to Townsend if I were going back. Not so crowded.
